FINISHING AND QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT
- Finishing: Our finishing department ensures that each product is perfect down to the smallest detail.
- 100/100 Quality Control: We implement 100% comprehensive quality control within the company, ensuring that every product meets the most rigorous standards. Our operators are equipped with a screen from which they can call up photos of the product which highlights the critical points to keep under control.
MATERIALS
We use a wide range of high-quality materials to ensure excellent products:
- EVA: various types of expansion from 1.1 to 1.8 depending on the product you intend to create. We can also offer ISCC Plus Bio-circular or recycled certified materials;
- TPU: all degrees of hardness and other expanded and non-expanded thermoplastic rubbers;
- Other specific materials to meet the needs of our customers in the fashion and luxury sector such as, for example, ISCC Plus Bio-circular certified PVC.
