The overall aim of the project was to enhance the company’s competitiveness through the development of new sustainable materials, the introduction of innovative molding technologies, and EVA recycling processes.
The project enabled improvements in work organization, production management, and monitoring, ensuring greater efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
